Ikon Season Passes

Two passes covering up to 40 resorts

If you are intending to take a ski trip to North America, a season pass booked now will often work out cheaper than buying a standard pass. This makes taking either an extended ski holiday to North America, a multi-destination ski safari, or even more than one holiday a seriously tempting option!

FAQs

All you need to know about your season pass

Where do I collect my pass?

You can collect your pass from the first Ikon resort you visit.

In order to expedite the fulfilment process at the point of collection, you can create an online profile to upload your pass photos and sign any applicable online waivers. Details will be sent to you once your passes have been confirmed.

How does it work?

You book and pay for your season pass online using our secure ordering and payment system. Once we have received your pass number(s) back from the supplier, we will email your voucher(s) to you. It can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive the pass numbers. Please bear in mind that our office is closed at the weekend and on bank holidays.

Once your order has been confirmed by the local supplier, we send you a Ski Safari ski extras voucher by email. The voucher will contain your pass number(s), which you require to pick-up your passes.

If you have any questions at any stage, would like any advice or would prefer to book by phone, you can call us on 01273 224063.

Is my online payment secure?

We use Sage Pay (www.sagepay.com) - a secure online payment gateway for credit card processing that has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Is your website secure?

The validation SSL certificate for our website is provided by Let's Encrypt Authority X3. This provides the highest level of business authentication available, according to standards set down by the CA/Browser Forum. The HTTPS browser address is your assurance that you are dealing with a verified business on a secured domain.

Can I make an order over the phone?

Yes you can. Please call us on 01273 224063 and we will be happy to take the order.

For payments made by phone, for your security, Ski Safari is also assessed against the PCIDSS standards to ensure that we safely handle your payment details. Our current compliance certificate is issued by Sysnet on behalf of our merchant provider First Data and is valid until 08 October 2019. Click to view a copy of our Compliance Certificate.

Is my season pass refundable?

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover the cost of your pass, in the event you cancel your plans.
