FAQs
How does it work?
Order and pay for your season pass by calling us on 01273 224063 and we will book your passes with the supplier. Once the passes are confirmed, we will email instructions on how to set up or access your account to submit pass photos and complete liability waivers. We would suggest ensuring you have travel insurance in place once you have purchased your pass as they are non refundable. Epic passes do include 'Epic Coverage', while Ikon include the 'Ikon Pass Confidence to Buy', which can cover you in certain circumstances. Please note that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive confirmation and your pass numbers. Your physical passes should be shipped to your UK address, once you have completed this.

Can I collect my season pass in resort?
It is possible to collect passes from Epic or Ikon-owned resorts. The resorts that partner with Epic or Ikon may have different circumstances, so please see the FAQs on the Epic, Ikon and Whistler Blackcomb pass pages for details.
Is my season pass refundable?
Epic and Ikon season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once ordered from Ski Safari.
Epic and Ikon season passes come with inclusive insurance and we highly recommend you find out before ordering what cover they provide:
You must have travel insurance in place to cover the cost of your passes if you have to cancel or defer your order for a reason not covered by the insurance included with your pass.
What financial protection do you offer?
Season tickets bought through Ski Safari are covered by the financial protection offered by our ABTA membership and bond. Read more about our financial protection.
How are payments processed?
For your security, for payments made by phone, Ski Safari is assessed against the PCIDSS standards by Trust Payments to ensure that we safely handle your payment details.
