Choose the pass that’s right for you
If you plan to take a ski trip to North America, a season pass booked now will often work out cheaper than buying a standard pass. This makes taking either an extended ski holiday to North America, a multi-destination ski safari, or even multiple holidays, a seriously tempting option! Please note that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive the pass numbers. Whether you’re skiing for one week or all winter, save with a season pass.
Epic Pass
Ski at 80+ resorts with no restricted dates for the 2025/26 season, this includes unlimited skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Breckenridge, Park City and Heavenly.
Plus a total of seven days skiing in Kicking Horse, Fernie, Telluride (and more), five consecutive days at Hakuba and Rusutsu, and a further seven consecutive days access to 26 European partner resorts in Ski Arlberg, Austria, Les 3 Vallées, France, Skirama Dolomiti, Italy and Verbier 4 Vallées, Switzerland.
Epic Local Pass
Ski at 40+ resorts with some restrictions and blackout dates. This includes unlimited skiing at Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Park City and Heavenly.
Plus 10 days skiing at any combination of Vail, Beaver Creek and Whistler Blackcomb, five days at Hakuba and Rusutsu, Crans-Montana and Andermatt-Sedrun-Disentis.
Epic Day Passes
Ski one to seven days at 40+ resorts, including Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Breckenridge, Park City and Heavenly.
Available to purchase as date-restricted or non-restricted day passes.

Tahoe Local Pass
Covers Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood (with restricted dates), plus five days total skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Beaver Creek and Park City.
Tahoe Value Pass
Covers Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood (with restricted dates).
Summit Value Pass
Unlimited skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge with holiday restrictions.
Keystone Plus Pass
Unlimited skiing at Keystone with holiday restrictions. Also valid at Breckenridge from 1 April 2026. Plus five days total access at Crested Butte.
Date restrictions
Except for the full Epic Pass and the non-restricted Epic Day Pass option, restricted dates (also known as blackout dates) will apply to select resorts. The date restrictions may vary per resort, depending on the pass type you buy. This means you can ski throughout the season except on restricted dates, when your pass won't be valid.
This season's restricted dates are: 28 to 29 Nov, 26 to 31 Dec 2025, 17 Jan, 14 to 15 Feb 2026

FAQs
How do I collect my pass?
Your pass can be collected from any Vail Resorts-owned resort: Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Crested Butte, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Park City and Whistler Blackcomb.
If you are visiting a partner resort, you must arrange the delivery of your pass directly to your home address as passes cannot be printed at partner resorts, and some resorts do not accept mobile app passes either.

How does it work?
You book and pay for your season pass online using our secure ordering and payment system. Once the passes are confirmed, we will email instructions on how to set up or log into your Epic Account, where you can upload photos for your season passes and complete liability waivers for all household members. You are also given the option to decide the level of Epic Coverage you would like. Your physical passes will be shipped to your UK address, once you have completed this. You will also receive a separate email from Vail Resorts containing a pass activation prompt.

Is my online payment secure?
We use Trust Payments - a secure online payment gateway for credit and debit card processing that has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
The validation TSL certificate for our website is provided by Let's Encrypt. This provides the highest level of business authentication available, according to standards set down by the CA/Browser Forum. The HTTPS browser address is your assurance that you are dealing with a verified business on a secure domain.
Can I make an order over the phone?
Yes, you can. Please call us on 01273 224063 and we will be happy to take the order.
For payments made by phone, for your security, Ski Safari is also assessed against the PCIDSS standards by Trust Payments to ensure that we safely handle your payment details.
Is my season pass refundable?
Epic season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable once ordered from Ski Safari.
Epic season passes come with inclusive insurance and we highly recommend you find out before ordering what cover they provide:
You must have travel insurance in place to cover the cost of your passes in the event that you have to cancel or defer your order for a reason not covered by the insurance included with your pass.
What financial protection do you offer?
Season tickets bought on our website are covered by the financial protection offered by our ABTA membership and bond. Find out more about our financial protection.
