Located in Upper Hirafu Village just steps away from the slopes, Youtei Tracks is a popular self-catered option.

Youtei Tracks is just 350m from the Ace Family Quad plus there's also a complimentary shuttle to the Upper Village Gondola which starts running at 8am - perfect for first tracks and making lessons in plenty of time.

Apartments range in size from Studio Rooms to 3 Bedroom Penthouses. Its ideal position provides excellent access to the slopes, shopping, hot springs and restaurants. Most apartments offer a spacious, open-plan kitchen with the latest appliances, and laundry facilities are located at the entrance of each apartment area, making them available to all guests. The basement has a large ski and drying room and each apartment has secure facilities. Ski valet is complimentary for all guests staying at Youtei Tracks, so you have the option to leave your skis at the slopes.

Yotei Tracks offered a generous, comfortable living/dining/kitchen with an unbelievable view of Mount Yotei, the Mount Fuji lookalike. There were ample washing facilities and access to the slopes was better than from most other locations (Niseko has very little / no accommodation which is Ski In Ski Out, so far as I could see).

We have stayed at the Youtei Tracks twice now. It is in a great and perfect central location for getting to the slopes, chairlift, gondola, shops, supermarket and restaurants/pubs. And although you are able to use the local and free shuttle buses, we have never found it necessary to use them. That's how perfectly situated the Youtei Tracks accommodation is. Great hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Youtei and only minutes from the gondala. Unfortunately our heating broke, but we were quickly upgraded which was definitely a plus and made our holiday! Stayed at Youtei Tracks. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more. Had the two bed apartment which included two toilets (which take some getting used to, though the warm seats was a nice touch!)
