The Maples Niseko is a popular ski-in ski-out condominium complex in Upper Hirafu Village, possibly one of the best locations in Niseko.
Located right on the side of the Ace Family ski run, you need only step outside of the ski locker room, strap on your skis or snowboard and slide down to the Ace Family Quad, where ski school also conveniently meets.
There are 73 units comprising studios, two bedroom suites, three bedroom suites and penthouses - all with large, liveable spaces and functional kitchens. Most units have in-room laundry, with the exception of a few studio types where shared laundry is available.
There’s a 24 hour reception with a dedicated concierge service. Dining options in the building include the Three Trees Café, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the more upmarket slope-view restaurant, Roketto.
