AYA Niseko is a modern condominium hotel located at the base of the Hirafu ski slopes at the Ace Family Lift with ski-in ski-out access to the mountain.
Opened in December 2016, the full-service AYA Niseko has a dedicated concierge team and plenty of in-house amenities. The AYA Spa is particularly impressive, where you can pamper yourself with treatments or simply relax in a traditional outdoor onsen. The central village location ensures you’re never far from the Hirafu restaurants and shops.
Room sizes range from studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom penthouses. All rooms are built with hardwood timber flooring, bespoke furniture and floor-to-ceiling glass and include complimentary WiFi, luxury bathroom amenities, and fully equipped kitchenettes or kitchens.
