Youtei Tracks Customer Reviews

We have stayed at the Youtei Tracks twice now. It is in a great and perfect central location for getting to the slopes, chairlift, gondola, shops, supermarket and restaurants/pubs. And although you are able to use the local and free shuttle buses, we have never found it necessary to use them. That's how perfectly situated the Youtei Tracks accommodation is. On both of our visits to Niseko, we have stayed in the studio apartments which equipped with everything you need for your stay, immaculate modern decor and surprisingly larger studio room sizes than one would think. More than adequate for our two weeks stay each time we have visited.

Great hotel with the most amazing view of Mt Youtei and only minutes from the gondala. Unfortunately our heating broke, but we were quickly upgraded which was definitely a plus and made our holiday! Niseko Central looked after us very well, and were able to accommodate all of our requests from ski gear/ lessons. Japan has everything nailed from the ski lockers/drying rooms/ valet service. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at Youtei Tracks. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Could not recommend this place more. Had the two bed apartment which included two toilets (which take some getting used to, though the warm seats was a nice touch!) Kitchen has everything you need, the handbook provided with the apartment was great, everything you needed to know was in there. Lots of storage space which is great and plenty of places to hang your gear. Also lockers and ski room down stairs which are all heated so nice to store your gear there (you also get free valet service at the Hirafu Gondola so you can always choose to leave your gear there instead). A lovely wee coffee stall at the first floor lobby was perfect!
