Something for everyone from beginners to expert. Don't think this is just rich people showing off their jewellery. Although you can do if you want. Lessons are not cheap but very good. I took two group lessons - one group had three in it the other was just me. Same for the lessons my wife took.

Plenty of skiing, good atmosphere, high standards of service. Long drive from Denver. Increase you card spending limit in preparation - but worth it!

12th time skiing there now and absolutely loved it. Brilliant to families - next to nothing going on après wise. But the skiing is incredible - super varied and despite it only by 65% open with the worst snow since 1975 we found more than enough to keep us busy all week!

As good as expected. Did not seem as busy, but expect that was due to the "perceived" lack of snow!

Unusual lack of snow but this still did not cause any issues.

Aspen is an amazing place to ski. Luckily there was a deal with the lift tickets as the costs of the ticket is extortionate, particularly if you consider the state of the lifts on Aspen mountain, which are generally very old and very slow.

Snowmass village had good facilities and excellent transport both within the village and to get to Aspen. Good lift system and empty slopes although the lack of snow may have had something to do with that.

Good skiing and nightlife.
