Varied skiing and wide open piste not a queue in sight.

The resort was excellent and just as described. We had excellent snow all week and had most of the runs/mountains to ourself. On our last day it was very warm and the snow began to melt although this didn't spoil the week. Most of the restaurants were closed adjacent to the hotel due to the time of year but we went up to the mall where the food choice was good and better value.

The resort was really well laid out and easy to navigate, with amazing links in to Aspen. Perhaps it was a little on the costly side for some food, but American portions and the sort of clientele in the area means you should expect that. The on-piste staff were really helpful and touches like piste maps on the chair lifts made it feel better thought out than many European resorts. Worth going in t…

Excellent place. Fantastic find by the Ski Safari team. Hotel was brand new. Excellent location with ski in/ ski out options. Plenty of restaurants to visit. The hotel has great family facilities, games, hot tubs, gym, climbing wall. Rooms large enough.

Snowmass in early/mid April 2019 was excellent in terms of snow conditions. It was very quiet which meant that there wasn't much atmosphere later on in the evenings but most restaurants were open both in the Mall and in the Village. Plenty of choice and it was restful and relaxed. Brilliant advice from James about this being a good resort for us in terms of terrain.

Snowmass is a massive and lovely resort with perfect skiing for all abilities. There are enough bars and restaurants to keep you entertained for at least a week. The free buses to Aspen are very convenient for skiing there or for nights out to experience the wider selection of bars and restaurants there. Very exciting to fly into Aspen Airport. The free transfer to the hotel worked perfectly.
