Green Leaf hotel is first class. Superb food and wonderful facilities. The onsen was a marvellous experience. I enjoyed nature as God intended! Rooms were perfect .

The best hotel in the area. Good food. Ski in ski out. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Nice bar. Nice Onsen. What’s not to like?

Excellent rooms, food and facilities. Great ski locker room too. Ticks all the boxes for enabling as much skiing as possible during your stay. Dedicated shuttle bus service another benefit. All staff friendly and helpful. Ta-q-bin service from hotel very helpful too.

We couldn't find any fault with the accommodation. The room was a good size and was kept clean and tidy every day. The hotel lobby was always fully staffed with courteous and knowledgeable friendly staff. The restaurant food was always off a good standard. Situation of hotel was excellent being right on top of the slopes and lifts. Hire shop was very helpful, efficient and friendly and they spoke …

Warm Japanese welcome with excellent service in all aspects. The staff were all friendly and really looked after us. Whenever we had a problem, we simply asked the nearest person. The storage facilities for skis and boots was excellent and right next to the gondola for access to the slopes. Rooms are on the small side, but extremely clean and well kept. Quiet rooms but sociable bar area - Perfect. Good restaurant & breakfast to set you up for the day! Comfy bed / good shower - nothing else needed!

Green Leaf hotel was ideally located to get onto the higher slopes, breakfast was plentiful and tasty plus rooms were comfortable and perfect for our needs. Onsite Onsen was added bonus as was the spa and the complimentary bus shuttle into Hirafu.

Location is good except you will have to get transport into the centre to eat out. Hotel is very nice and in an ideal location to ski.
