Located just a few minutes stroll from the base of Blackcomb Mountain, there is a shuttle to take you to the hotel’s ski concierge with heated storage at the Blackcomb base area - so no need to juggle your equipment to and from the lifts. A regular free shuttle also does a continuous loop from the hotel to the resort centre and back again.

Excellent hotel with great ski concierge service. Fabulous hotel and lovely rooms. Avoid during spring break as children running everywhere and very noisy. Parents do not control children in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Outstanding service. 5 minute walk to the upper village centre but shuttle buses and on-demand transport freely available from the hotel if required. Daily hot chocolate, s’mores making and wine tasting was a lovely extra touch. The room was stunning and had everything needed for a magical stay.

We stayed in a delux executive suite which was incredible - we were delighted to be in such a great room in a quiet area of the hotel. Our balcony gave us views of Blackcomb Mountain - thumbs up!

Lovely views, good spacious room with decent coffee making facilities, turn down service every night. Concierge were fantastic - in fact all staff were excellent. We thought having the ski concierge at the side of the mountain worked really well.
