This is truly an outstanding resort hotel. Understated luxury at its best, with incredible service from the second you step foot inside the lobby right up until (and after!) you leave. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and is only a short pretty stroll to the slopes. Stunning resort with understated luxurious surroundings, fantastic professional-yet-friendly service, and a huge range of amenities. The suites are a home-from-home, so much so we didn't want to leave!

Excellent hotel with great ski concierge service. Fabulous hotel and lovely rooms. Avoid during spring break as children running everywhere and very noisy. Parents do not control children in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Outstanding service. 5 minute walk to the upper village centre but shuttle buses and on-demand transport freely available from the hotel if required. Daily hot chocolate, s’mores making and wine tasting was a lovely extra touch. The room was stunning and had everything needed for a magical stay.

We stayed in a delux executive suite which was incredible - we were delighted to be in such a great room in a quiet area of the hotel. Our balcony gave us views of Blackcomb Mountain - thumbs up!

Lovely views, good spacious room with decent coffee making facilities, turn down service every night. Concierge were fantastic - in fact all staff were excellent. We thought having the ski concierge at the side of the mountain worked really well.
