Very helpful on arrival and extremely friendly and helpful all the way through. The hotel was great. The breakfast choice was excellent. The hot pools were a real treat. The only minor complaint I may have is that as we were staying there for 2 weeks is that they didn't change the bed sheets often enough but its a minor detail as everything else was so good.

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was very nicely decorated but not huge. We were given a quiet room as requested and were not disturbed at any point. Hot tubs looked nice but we didn't use them due to forgetting swimwear! Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice.

Perfect location - easy walk into Banff and easy access to shuttle and road network to resorts. Comfortable and clean. In house coffee shop a bonus after hard day skiing. All you can eat breakfast very enjoyable but restaurant could get a bit busy at weekends. Small price to pay for the benefits of location and hospitality.

Fantastic. Excellent location, friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well thought out room in terms of design. Washing line over the bath so you can dry swimwear after using the hot tub. The tiled area as you walk in the room giving you space to store ski gear without ruining the carpet. This property was a great recommendation by Ski Safari. As requested, the hotel put us in a quiet room.

Clean, functional and easy access to Banff town. Access corridors a little small but no complaints. Good free wifi.

Excellent accommodation at the Aspen lodge which included breakfast. The hot tubs and use of fluffy towelling robes was a real bonus at the end of a day on the slopes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A great location for downtown Banff, we would definitely stay there again.
