3*+ Banff Aspen Lodge

Welcoming arrival from the reception team. All areas of the hotel were well presented and kept very clean. The outdoor hot tub and steam room were much appreciated after a day on the slopes. Breakfast always had plenty of options and was perfect way for fuelling up for a day on the slopes. Hotel had a large, secure ski room.

The Banff Aspen Lodge is not the most attractive of buildings externally, but is bright and modern internally, the rooms were large, comfortable and well equipped, the breakfasts were varied, regularly refreshed and tasty. There were often a significant number of people waiting for tables, the staff did their level best to get people seated as quickly as possible and brought drinks for people while they waited. We also made use of the 2 hot-tubs. The hotel is well positioned and handy for Banff bars and restaurants and the ski buses collect at The High Country Inn, the next door property.
