Hotel and accommodation was excellent - the room was spacious - the only down side was there was very limited hanging space for clothes. The hot tub and sauna/steam room was an excellent way to finish the day. The hotel was ideally situated just a very short walk away from the shops and next to some very nice restaurants in other hotels. It was just next to the ski bus stop so we didn't have to walk far to catch the buses to Norquay, Lake Louise or Sunshine. The transfers to the ski slopes are very well organised and run to time.

2 weeks of an absolute pleasure. This hotel is spotless, friendly and worth every penny. The breakfast which is included is delicious. Home made granola, porridge, cakes and breads. All that as well as the hot selections. The rooms are large and very well equipped with a separate downstairs secure ski lock up. The hot pools, sauna and steam room are all excellent. The staff are so so friendly and helpful!
