Short walk to the shops. Great buffet breakfast each morning. Bus pick up just outside. Very nice and helpful staff.

Welcoming arrival from the reception team. All areas of the hotel were well presented and kept very clean. The outdoor hot tub and steam room were much appreciated after a day on the slopes.
Breakfast always had plenty of options and was perfect way for fuelling up for a day on the slopes. Hotel had a large, secure ski room.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Ski storage room, laundry facilities, lovely spa area with outdoor hot tubs and a steam room with shower facilities. The trims are super comfortable and warm. Breakfast is lovely, fresh, tasty and wholesome providing a great start to the day. Bus stop for ski areas within metres from the hotel entrance.

Helpful staff, good breakfast choice and good service. Cafe in the hotel along with hot tubs for use. Safe ski storage. Good location on the Main Street a few minutes walk from everything. Ski bus stop right outside.

Great location, 5 mins walk to bars/restaurants, comfy beds, decent breakfast options and an on site ski locker room. Nice outdoor hot tub area with towels and robes provided in room.

The Banff Aspen Lodge is not the most attractive of buildings externally, but is bright and modern internally, the rooms were large, comfortable and well equipped, the breakfasts were varied, regularly refreshed and tasty. Great location, buffet breakfast really good, hot tubs very good especially after a long days skiing. Rooms big and comfortable how ever difficult to cool down and had to sleep with the patio door open even when it was -20 outside. Thermostat in room didn't seem to work.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were good and varied. Location was ideal next to bus collection and next to town center. Hot tub was only ok. Room was large and we did not feel crowded.
