As usual just what we wanted, we were able to drive to other resorts - we had a Tahoe Value pass which was great and very easy to use. Heavenly is a typical American resort - very little resort 'atmosphere' but skiing - especially for time of year good, quiet, no queues, plenty of lifts and runs.

Just a quick email to thank you and Andy for the best ski holiday yet! The snow (or lack of!) meant that there wasn't as much of the mountain open as we would have liked, but the skiing (and boarding) was still fantastic - Kirkwood and NorthStar access was a top idea as it opened up much more skiing and the trip to San Francisco was a nice wind down before coming back. Worth it just for some of the views over Lake Tahoe. Amazing to ski on the Nevada side looking out over sandy desert. Gondola from heavenly base can get busy but gets you high quickly. The other bases take a lot longer and late in season lower snow can suffer late afternoon. Great base to explore the North & South resorts on a clear run only 45 mins scenic drive away

A great place to ski both this resort, Kirkwood and Sierra. We did day trips to the latter and did all the runs. Kirkwood is very pretty. The Ridge is a fabulous location to stay in and facilities great. The condo had so much space and the washing machine and tumble dryer were great as we were on a two week trip

I enjoyed heavenly, the riding between the trees is awesome in fresh powder! Good resort, no queues, reasonably priced food and drink on the slopes. Snow parks are well built and maintained, recommend a multi resort pass for variety, we did Kirkwood, Heavenly and North Star, ace! Booked skiing holiday via ski safari on the recommendation of the condo offered. It was fabulous for our group holiday. 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a free shuttle and maid service everyday. This was an added bonus when we arrived so we we're more than happy we took up their offer of Lakeland Village

Good resort to stay in as good access to various resorts/slopes if you have a multi-resort lift pass. Some good places to eat and drink plus the casinos if you like that sort of thing!

We stayed at the Forest Suites Resort which we found to be very friendly and efficient and close to the gondola for quick access to the mountain. To get to other ski areas i.e. Kirkwood, Mount Rose etc. you do need to drive which obviously requires an early start as some are 90 minutes away but they are all nice ski areas so it is worth it. We have absolutely no complaints as it was all well organ…

There can't be anywhere so beautiful to ski as Heavenly resort with the stunning views over the Lake and Nevada desert at the same time. The Ridge gave great access to the Stagecoach lift and straight into great skiing.
