Clean, tidy, spacious. Shame there weren’t any hooks/hanging areas to dry clothes. Water was hot ALL the time. Great to have a bath and a shower. Free coffee and cereal bars at reception were welcomed. Courtesy buses were a great addition too with really helpful and accommodating drivers.

The Lakeland Village is the perfect set-up: great quality accommodation with lots of space, breakfast included (basic but enough), big uncrowded hot tub, lake front location, etc. The best bit though is the complimentary shuttle: just ring & they'll take you to/from the slopes/pubs/casinos!

We had a 4 bed town house which was clean, warm, daily maid service and had plenty of space for our group of 6. We were 2 min walk from the beach where the paddle steamer is based and within easy reach of resort facilities. Shuttle bus will take/pick you up from anywhere in the resort and is quick to turn up. Would stay there again on next visit.

Really nice house,great position on the beach! Shuttle service was brilliant picking us up from the door taking you anywhere locally and dropping you back off at the door from 8am to 11pm or midnight at the weekend,all you have to do is ring and they come straight out.

Recently stayed in a 4 bedroom Pinegrove townhome in Lakeland Village with 6 other friends and we were delighted by the property given (room 484)as it was modern, clean and fully equipped throughout our 10 night stay. The log burning fire is a great addition with wood available to purchase for $7 at the hotel reception which is cheaper than the supermarket. The hottubs and pool were great to relax…

We had a six berth Pinegrove town home for two couples and two single blokes 3 levels, 2 great doubles, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen. it was great, tons of room nice and clean, house keeping every day, free bus to anywhere in Heavenly till midnight every night if you're used to Europe this will be like a 5 star luxury villa.

If you want quiet then this is ideal but not many places to walk to. Lovely lakeside position and they provide a fantastic shuttle service, ring anytime and they pick you up from anywhere in the resort. Our townhouse was spacious and had nice bedrooms and bathrooms but the rest of it was slightly inferior with very a noisy heating system.Very good breakfast and facilities with friendly and helpful…

We had a 2 bedroom + loft town house. Space wise this was fab. Only comment would be that the loft area is not suitable for small children as there is too much temptation to climb over the wall!! But that didn't matter as with a floor between you privacy is protected.
