A couple of days at altitude and then it is awesome. The ski area is spectacular and the town is good. The free shuttle bus service they have around the resort is very very good.

Never fails to live up to expectations - something for everyone on the vast slopes. Genuine old town atmosphere with a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Excellent transportation system. No one will be disappointed on the slopes.

Great range of skiing from bowls to beginners (did all of that). Easy to drive to, lovely drive. Uncrowded, although Fri/Sat was a bit busier. Lots of places to eat and drink plus supermarkets - also interesting shops and museums to explore if you want a rest from skiing. An attractive and varied main street. Steer clear of the vegan pizza though! Happy hour(s) a big feature for us.

A friendly town to stay in with lots of good restaurants and bars. With its 5 peaks Breckenridge can produce snow runs and conditions for all types of skiers. From beautifully groomed green runs perfect for beginners on peak 9 to double blacks in the Imperial bowl and at the top of t-bar. Lots of blues and easier blacks for the intermediate to advanced.

Good variety of slopes, would suit skiers of all ability. Well managed lift queues. Very cold and windy on higher slopes, surprised they do not have Perspex canopies on higher chair lifts as done by many resorts in Europe. We really enjoyed our skiing experience. Overall very good. Beware of the early eating habits of Americans, arriving at a restaurant at 20.30 would end in disappointment and man…

Breck is large and you can spend two weeks there. Not sure the snow conditioning / grooming is as good as it could be (cf Deer Valley, Aspen). Manage the altitude sickness early. The feel of Main Street is great.

Friendly with a great town. Good resort with lots of different runs for all abilities. Good location for other resorts.
