Great family skiing. Challenging red runs combined with long blue and greens through the trees. Too scared to try the awesome blacks but the Russian ski team were there. No queues (April 2016). Very friendly. Great mountain restaurants - but at Norwegian prices so be prepared. But it's worth it! A great holiday - everything we wanted.

I think Trysil is the ideal place to learn to ski. Excellent instructors and very good range of slopes to improve on. Tourist centre area has better range of slopes than the other north facing area where the Park Inn Hotel is but the quality of the snow maybe better than the south facing area where the Radisson Blu is located.

Very good snow in mid March. The Park Inn hotel in Trysil mountain resort is directly on the ski runs. We had half board in the hotel which was a buffet with excellent choice.

We had a fantastic holiday. Loved the resort, loved the hotel. All went really smoothly, went dog sledding, saw the northern lights and tried cross country so an all round winter holiday which was really fun. Very impressed with Ski Safari, thanks for the bottle of prosecco.

Great holiday; great snow; excellent skiing (the little I did due to having an unwilling to ski 3 year old!); look forward to going back next year - more slopes to explore!!

This is the second time we have been to Trysil and we loved it once again. We have a 5 and 6 year old and they had a fantastic time at ski school. Fantastic ski in ski out facilities. Beautiful resort with lots to do with small kids. Excellent skiing for both adults and children.

We have used Ski Safari before to go to Whistler. On the basis of their efficiency and advice and competitive pricing we chose to use them again. I have never considered Norway before but the web-site really attracted me to Trysil, Norway based on the hotel really. It was a much smaller resort than we are used to but the runs were fabulous and wide with very kind black runs (except the 45 degree n…

A fantastic resort for a first ski holiday as a family of two experienced skiers and the first time on the slopes for a 5 and 7-year old. Even during half-term the resort was not overcrowded and lift queues were short in comparison to the Alps. The ski school was excellent with the kids loving their lessons and a few confidence building private lessons for the adults. There is plenty enough skiing…
