Sarah Aldred - Trysil
Trysil is wonderful resort, lots of runs to ski, and it caters well for families. There are plenty of places on the hill to stop and refuel, and there are some longer family friendly runs. The new ski lift opens up more options for skiing the whole mountain. We stayed in the Turistsenter part of Trysil, which has everything you would need, supermarket, shops, and some nice places to eat out. SkiSt…

Just back from staying at radisson residence resort. Great location for access to the slopes & enough snow to ski. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful but be aware cost of drinks very expensive in hotel. Food in bar at night very good & good atmosphere. Apartment very clean & comfortable. Also every time you leave the resorts to drive into town you have to pay the equivalent of £4 for use of toll …

We are back from a wonderful week of skiing in Trysil and wanted to say a BIG thank you to you and the team for an amazingly smooth and fantastic trip. Everything ran like clockwork. The Radisson Blu was great with excellent food and such warm and friendly staff and the slopes were perfect! Again, lovely helpful people, everywhere.

Trysil is a small place but really nice. The skiing is good, blacks are not as difficult as the Alps!

Great family skiing. Challenging red runs combined with long blue and greens through the trees. Too scared to try the awesome blacks but the Russian ski team were there. No queues (April 2016). Very friendly. Great mountain restaurants - but at Norwegian prices so be prepared. But it's worth it! A great holiday - everything we wanted.

I think Trysil is the ideal place to learn to ski. Excellent instructors and very good range of slopes to improve on. Tourist centre area has better range of slopes than the other north facing area where the Park Inn Hotel is but the quality of the snow maybe better than the south facing area where the Radisson Blu is located.

Very good snow in mid March. The Park Inn hotel in Trysil mountain resort is directly on the ski runs. We had half board in the hotel which was a buffet with excellent choice.

We had a fantastic holiday. Loved the resort, loved the hotel. All went really smoothly, went dog sledding, saw the northern lights and tried cross country so an all round winter holiday which was really fun. Very impressed with Ski Safari, thanks for the bottle of prosecco.

Great holiday; great snow; excellent skiing (the little I did due to having an unwilling to ski 3 year old!); look forward to going back next year - more slopes to explore!!
