Modern hotel that is tastefully presented. The rooms were quite hot, but not unexpected in a ski hotel. Really, really helpful receptionist at 5am in the morning in our hour of need. The interconnecting room was perfect - plenty of space. The pool and bowling alley provided abundant distractions once off the pistes. The food was great. The buffet was particularly good value. The Chlli Bowl burgers were great.

This hotel had definitely be built for skiers! The ski-in ski-out location was perfect, and the ski room was large and well located. The drying cupboards in the bedrooms were really useful, and there was plenty of storage space for our things The family room was a good size for the four of us. My only complaint is that our room wasn't in a great location. We had a view of a brick wall, and were right by the staff entrance so had people walking past our window all the time,which meant we had to permanently close the curtains. We could hear staff arriving early in the morning and leaving late at night, and also we were often woken up by delivery lorries first thing in the morning. On a more positive note, the food in the hotel was excellent.
