Ski School staff were brilliant, even stopping to help me and my daughter on the slopes in the middle of another lesson. Resort was small but had plenty for us all to do. There was one whole set of runs we never got to. Lift staff were lovely.

Travelled to Myrkdalen by using the free ski bus from Voss. Easy to use. Better area for beginners, especially when there is less snow towards the end of the season. Still plenty of variety of slopes for more advanced skiers. If you are planning on staying at this resort a car would be advisable to allow for shopping.

We loved the empty pistes, friendly instructors with great English and amazing food at the hotel.

The resort is great for skiing. very quiet on the pistes so no queues for lifts and lots of space to ski. There isn't much to do apart from eat, sleep and ski in the resort but you can go to the Fjords or Voss apparently.

Small, but perfectly formed. Ideal for the beginners in our group. Fantastic for the low intermediate skier, and pretty good for the very experienced boarder. Despite the poorest snow for over 30 years (apparently), there was still enough for a good holiday, although a couple of runs were thinning by the end. Ski area and lifts were great for beginners to advanced skiers and boarders. Off-piste was good and plentiful. Snowboarding instruction was excellent.
