A great resort for a week. Friendly staff and our youngest son really enjoyed his terrain park ski lessons. Unfortunately it was very windy a couple of days which meant the chairlifts were inoperable. This reduced access to much of the slopes, particularly for our experienced teenage son. However, despite this there was always some area of the slopes which were accessible albeit by pommel and t-bar. Good variety of food available in the slopeside restaurants. No lack of snow and the bus service between slopes was very reliable. Would happily ski there again. Delighted to see the Northern Lights too. Fabtastic.

A great base for a ski holiday with children. The ski lessons and hire in particular were of a very high standard and put French Alps resorts to shame. Travelling further afield in Geilo was straightforward using the free ski bus to access the other side of the valley and the village amenities. Everyone we met was resoundingly friendly and helpful, again in stark contrast to my previous experience in the French Alps.
