Good accommodation and location for the price- ski in ski out.

A very westernised hotel located in the relatively quiet area of Niseko Village compared to Hirafu. Despite this, the indoor and outdoor onsen, nice bar and in house spa contributed to a relaxing space after a long day (and sometimes night) skiing.

Very pleased with the room. Clean. Good view. Comfortable bed. Adequate bathroom and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge and bar. Easy access to the ski lockers and slopes.
Plentiful variety and quantity of food at breakfast. So overall I would rate it 4 out of 5. Unfortunately the outdoor Hosen was out of action and the indoor one was uncomfortably hot which was a disappointmen…

Not well located to the town. food options in the hotel are limited. the staff is well trained; the rooms are clean; the hotel is not luxurious.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Onsen very good although outside onsen closed on occasion. Staff very helpful and hotel ski in ski out.

Great bar, great breakfast, rooms comfortable if not a bit dated. Wifi was ok and could go with technology update, but great ski in ski out! Onsen and spa added bonus.

The Green Leaf offers true door step skiing with a great rental facility onsite. The onsen is just brilliant and we did end up making use of there onsite physio also! The rooms were simple but warm and comfortable. The breakfast plentiful and catered for everyone.
