Breakfast good, but limited options for evening meals which were pricy. Bar/ restaurant in the grounds was very pleasant and tapas style food. Good location. Very nice hotel with great onsen.

Clearly a very well catered hotel but not such an enjoyable experience as being all together in an apartment. It was a different experience being in a large hotel on a skiing holiday - it leads to a more formal / less relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is brilliantly located for the Furano slopes but this was of little value to us as we were being driven to different locations every day. We felt a litt…

All other aspects of the hotel were very good apart from their elevators, which, although there were four, they seemed to work on a singular basis causing considerable delays especially during the morning and afternoon - this was not a significant problem but as this is a review it is important to mention.
