The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Overall top quality service, Ski Safari has very good local knowledge and provides excellent and prompt customer service. Andrea was very responsive and helpful when I had questions initially about travel from Tokyo to Hakuba and then while we were there and I wanted to arrange an extra taxi to visit snow monkeys. Also very helpful when I had worries about impact of coronavirus.

A special mention to Andy Knights and Victoria Davies on delivering exceptional service from start to finish. Any questions were dealt with courtesy and professionalism which extended to other staff at Ski Safari.

Tabrez Khan - Sun Peaks
I spoke to 3 different ski tour operators, Ski Safari were the only ones who listened to what I wanted and suggested I look at Sun Peaks as an alternative to Whistler. I'm glad I took their advice, otherwise I would never have discovered Sun Peaks.
