The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Our family trip to Norway's Kvitfjell, staying at the GudbrandsGard Hotel, was great. This was our first successful overseas trip since Covid, and the Ski Safari team ensured its success! The hotel is true ski-in / ski-out accommodation, and provided a fabulous secluded winter experience. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the food was amazing!

Excellent knowledge, advice, information and service. Our requests were understood and Norway met our needs for a week’s skiing within a relatively short travel time, for a mixed ability group before Christmas completely. Overall we were pleased with the level of service. We were offered a lift pass for an alternative resort when we highlighted the issue but feel strongly that Voss should not be offered so early on in the season as snow was rubbish and the town was not a good place to spend New Years Eve.
