The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

From the start of the process, information form Ski Safari was quick and complete. Apart from the hiccup over the booking ref for skis and lift pass, the info and service was excellent - especially bearing in mind all of the uncertainties over Covid. There was a misunderstanding at our hotel in Oslo over payment, and Ski Safari staff jumped on it straight away and sorted it literally within minutes! Really friendly, helpful company and I would happily use them again.
