The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Yet another fantastic holiday. Ski Safari know how to pick the resorts and hotels and make the holiday experience very smooth and pleasant. On more than one occasion we have added on a short city break at the end which helps you make the most of the region/ country you are visiting and Ski Safari have arranged the accommodation and transfers. We used ski safari because we had very specific requirements and it would have been very time consuming to organise everything ourselves. They put our trip together very quickly meeting all our requests and for a reasonable cost compared to the alternatives. Altogether a very good service.
