The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

What a perfect holiday! Andrea's local knowledge really enabled us to do what we wanted when in Japan, and all within what we thought would be a tight budget. Can't thank Ski Safari enough for their advice and suggestion about visiting Tremblant, Canada. We had looked at Norway and Sweden, which also looked fantastic, but the suggestion and opportunity to travel to Canada at very minimal additional cost was fantastic. Their choice of accommodation was wonderful and we have already recommended our visit to friends and family.

This is our second visit to Steamboat. This time we took other family members who were not disappointed. The whole experience was wonderful, flights, transfers (although an hour late on pick up as the driver lost his keys), accommodation both hotel and lodge, nice to have a comparable between the two - think we preferred the lodges as more homely and cosy for the whole family. Every time I go skiing in US or Canada I've booked with James, simply he has always surpassed my needs and again this time exceeded my expectations on what we could have got for our money. Already thinking what to do for next year, so I'll be talking to him soon ...

We have become so used to booking and arranging our own holidays via the internet, I had forgotten how lovely it is to have someone else take all the stress out of the process and book it for us! The whole booking procedure from the initial phone call was very efficient and nothing was overlooked.
