The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

First ever visit to Whistler February half term. Office 10/10, flight and transfer10/10, accomadtion (First Tracks Lodge) even better than that. Only dissapointment was ski school for our 9 and 11 year old. The three day camp was brilliant but the other days were not so good. Very disorganised and didn't seem to cope with the half term crowd. I've been very impressed with your team and will certainly look to use you again. (Which may be sooner rather than later - Mark proposed to me at the top of Ridge run, overlooking the lake! I said 'yes' and one option we're thinking about is getting married on the slopes in Austria so may need some help with either that or a "ski safari" honeymoon!)
