The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Great experience with Ski Safari. I'm an intermediate skier at best but very enthusiastic and improving each time I go. Tremblant is a wonderful place to ski and lived up to what I hoped for. Ski Safari were great throughout and dealt well with some last minute changes.

Andrea was fantastic in suggesting dates to get better ski package deals, cheaper hotel nights if we compromised one on Vancouver and got to Whistler a day earlier. She booked us Fresh Tracks, Heli-skiing, all passes and rentals etc. and really guided me through the process and we booked very quickly.
