The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Ski Safari's customer service is second to none. A very friendly team who offer expert advice in a no-pressure manner. Fantastic time had, only down side was we wished we would have spent 1 day less in the snow and an extra day in Toyko. There's so much to see in Tokyo you cannot do it all in a day, we gave it a good go and felt shattered when we got home! We'll definitely be going back one day though.

My husband and I have just returned from our Ski Safari around Lake Tahoe / Mammoth Mountain and had a wonderful time despite the low snow levels. The accommodation which you recommended was fantastic. We have now travelled with Ski Safari twice and both times we have thoroughly enjoyed the experiences, and people we have met.

Amazing service from Ski Safari, wouldn't have been able to navigate around Tokyo if it weren't for the holiday pack sent to me! Would highly recommend booking with Ski Safari, 10 out of 10!
