The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Staff were so helpful and offered so many choices of accommodation and resorts to suit the group's needs. Emails were replied to super quickly which was so helpful when trying to round up and organise a big group. I would certainly use again.

Reliable, straightforward advice, offer value for money. Getting the holiday sorted out and paperwork out within 3 working days was impressive particularly as there were only 4 working days between booking & departure.
