The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

This year's ski holiday was our 4th using Ski Safari. Apart from skiing we are the sort of travellers who organise everything for ourselves, but when you have company like Ski Safari why bother. They have such fantastic knowledge of the resorts and areas and they actually are skiers/boarders, so they know what they are talking about. The price they offer you are very competitive.
