The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Ski Safari were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patient when it came to booking our holiday. They were on hand to offer advice and to pass on their first hand experience of the ski resorts we chose. Once again a fantastic holiday courtesy of the Ski Safari team's advice and arrangements, it was great skiing a number of resorts and we will look to do the same in future years.
