The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

First class ski travel company. Have used others before (Crystal, Neilson etc) and they are a long way short of the service Ski Safari provide.

We are regular skiers but wanted to do something different to celebrate a big birthday. Ski Safari provided excellent advice and with their California Safari provided an excellent itinerary. The holiday was excellent, with the companies in resorts used by Ski Safari all providing excellent service, exceeding what we expected. I happily recommend Ski Safari and their California Safari.
