The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Scarily I have never had such a good travel company; people were friendly, knowledgeable and proactive, everything you could want. When our flight was delayed I was contacted advising of alternative transport in case we missed the connection. Took any stress away which was amazing.

Andy was extremely knowledgable and the holiday fulfilled our requirements exactly. Hannah was efficient and very easy to deal with. The holiday was great, thank you. Feedback in order to improve - the instructions to get tickets at Oslo station should be clearer, it doesn't clearly state you have to print off your tickets and I imagine it would be easy to miss this.
