The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

When we book with Ski Safari we have a great time and we don't worry about anything. Everyone knows their stuff which clearly helps but service feels personal and all the advice and holiday information is always spot on. Well we have just arrived back form another well organised Ski Safari trip and if a perfect holiday is possible this was it. First fantastic skiing in Park City area and then a road trip to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park (thank you James Rivers for this suggestion). Service received from Ski Safari is second to none.
