The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Despite being peak season, Trysil remained relatively quiet and was fantastic (again!) for younger skiers despite the fact that they can now out-ski their parents! I spoke to several company's as my requirements were slightly non standard. You were the only company that listened. Jade was great during the booking process but just as importantly throughout the wholes process after payment checking everything was OK did we need lift passes etc. Recommending restaurants and giving a feel of the resort. Having had a long discussion with Andrea regarding the pros and cons of Radisson Blu, Trysil v Copperhill, Are, she said that Copperhill was a step up from the Radisson, where we had stayed the past two years. I couldn't be happier. As a family of first time skiers we didn't have a clue where to go. We got some great advice on locaitons. Everything was made clear and simple. We'll definitely be booking again.

Everything about our holiday in Trysil was perfect. The Radisson Blu hotel was great, our family room had plenty of space for 4 of us, and the food was excellent. We were worried that there may not have been much snow in April but the skiing was great, the slopes were often virtually empty and we never had to queue for a lift. We will definitely be going back, and will book again with Ski Safari.
