The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Andy and Victoria were amazing. Great communication throughout and always very responsive to our questions. Even when we had a mini crisis with our transfer to Geilo, Rupert (who was on call on Saturday) communicated efficiently and came up with backup plans had we not made our train.

The service was good and the response to enquires and alterations was excellent. The range of accommodation that was offered initially was not nearly as wide as that which turned out to be available and it was only once i had made my own enquires directly that other options were offered to me. As usual we had a multi centred holiday which wasn't one of the standard packages but it was all put together for us with the expertise and efficiency that we have come to expect from Ski Safari and at a very competitive price.
