The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

We were really pleased with ski safari - very informative and responsive to emails and questions. Useful for all the prebooking of ski school etc. Was very useful to be told that we should make restaurant reservations beforehand otherwise I think we would have been quite stuck as they were busy. We would recommend you to friends!

It is the 2nd time we have used Ski Safari, and because our first experience was so good, we picked our holiday simply from destinations offered by Ski Safari, and on great advice from staff. We have found the travel arrangements have been brilliant by plane and train and bus, easy to follow instructions and so much better than coach transfers.
