The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Sales staff were very helpful throughout the booking right up until the day we went. Each member of ski safari I have spoken to has been really helpful. They've been available to answer all questions and have offered great advise - making our holiday the best it could possibly be. I'd highly recommend ski safari not just for a snowboard/ski holiday, but for one big holiday package.

Despite the issues with our transfer home, Ski Safari's staff have always been very helpful and did everything one would have hoped to try and ensure a successful holiday. Our additionally incurred expenses were fully refunded without question and very quickly which helped decrease the stress of our return journey.
