The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

We were part of a large group and weren't managing the original booking, but the service from Ski Safari after the booking was made was second to none. Ski Safari showed a high level of knowledge about the area and were very efficient in their arrangements. All aspects of the holiday worked really well though the weather didn't always play ball, that can't be helped! Excellent service from James Rivers and Victoria Larkman. All pre-booked services were delivered as promised in the resort with no problems. ie lift passes, ski hire, ski school
