The British Travel Awards recognise the very best companies in the UK travel and tourism industry, with awards available across a number of categories, voted for by the public.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

When minor issues arose during our trip these were quickly dealt with, sometimes minutes after the question or issue was sent via email to the Ski Safari Staff. This enabled us to both enjoy and relax for the 10 day trip across Norway.

As always good communication the whole way through the process of booking & going on this trip. The paperwork & package you receive gives you everything you need to know, the car hire info was invaluable in telling you what to look for when picking up your car, I recommend you read it & the little touches like printing out all the routes for the different legs of the journey are a nice touch that …

Ski Safari is always good for listening to the needs of the customer and making good, honest recommendations against these. All staff are polite and responsive and there is a real integrity of service. Issues we had with the transfers were really well handled and decent - proactively seeking feedback to improve the experiences of others as well as proactively offering a refund for costs we incur…

We used Ski Safari because we considered where we wanted to visit "Vermont" is not on the normal ski scene for the British, the advice and comments we had from James and Emily were really good. We had a very enjoyable holiday.
