Feefo's Platinum Trusted Service Award is only given to companies who have achieved a Gold rating (average rating of 4.5 stars or above from at least 50 reviews) three years in a row - our current average rating is 4.9 stars.

The UK's Best Tour Operator 2014-2020 in the Ski Club of Great Britain’s Consumer Research Survey

The Ski Club of Great Britain is a leading voice and community for British skiers, and we were delighted to win The UK's Best Tour Operator every year that the award ran (ending in 2020 with the pandemic). 

The award was given based on the highest average rating of service, rather than count of votes. While the award has now ended, we finished on a high - in the final year of running, we received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 - a score over 50 is considered 'excellent' and a score over 70 is considered 'world-class'.

Everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. We chopped and changed our requirements slightly during the original booking, but everything was done as we required and nothing seemed too much trouble. Ski Safari offered a smooth and outstanding service of transfer. Our train was cancelled on the way back due to back weather conditions and Ski Safari were super efficient in arranging a bus from Geilo to Oslo.
