The test of a good holiday company is the service you get when things don't go to plan. I was chosen for random covid testing on arrival at Vancouver airport and when the email came through with a link to the results my results were not linked to my account. Very pleasant people to talk to on the telephone with local knowledge in many cases of the resort you plan to visit. I was kept informed regularly by email of any information I needed and my queries were promptly replied to. The quality of the “product “ provided by Ski Safari was excellent in my opinion.
