On initial enquiry the staff had great knowledge about the resorts on offer and could tailor a package to suit us. During changing situations during covid 19 response was fast to questions sent by email. When in resort flights changed due to covid 19 and the team were quick to reply to a message left on the emergency contact line and did everything they could to help reorganise transfers.

I have travelled with Ski Safari several times now and always found their service excellent. They also have great local knowledge of the resorts they cover which is very useful - especially this year with all the uncertainty around Covid. I would highly recommend them.

This is our fourth or fifth trip with Ski Safari, always great resorts, always great service but this year they really outdid themselves - we absolutely loved our trip to Kvitfjell & Gudbransgard hotel. From the start of the process, information form Ski Safari was quick and complete. Made the booking process very easy, any changes were quickly advised and dealt with, and right up to departure people were on hand to answer questions, even on Christmas Eve, and give advice.
