In my experience there are a dozen ways to book a holiday and over the years I am sure I have used most of them. Concentrating on winter holidays we have used the likes of Crystal, Inghams and others none of which actually treat you like individuals and care for you as such but most seem more interested in numbers and how many people they can shunt around in one group. Ski Safari is like a breath of fresh air. From the outset we were treated as individuals and our needs considered and catered for. We received specific advice on location and accommodation, including wheelchair access, although on this occasion in the end our friend in a wheelchair did not join us. Before we arrive in Whistler we knew exactly what to expect not just with emails but with personal phone calls as well. Ski Safari is an exceptional company, we have confirmed we will ask them to book 2023 for us already. Considering we did not know the company and picked them at random when cruising the internet we consider ourselves very lucky indeed. There are many winter sports suppliers out there. None even hold a candle to the quality of service and attention to detail you get from Ski Safari.

First time booking with Ski Safari and I have been very impressed with their service, communication and helpful attitude. We had multiple changes to our group due to illness and injury before we went on holiday. Ski Safari were brilliant in their attitude and allowed me to substitute other friends in place of those who had to drop out. Their knowledge on the entry processes into Canada during this time of Covid restrictions was invaluable. Even on the day we travelled out Andy e-mailed me with up to the minute advice based on other travellers feedback about going through the Covid Testing at Vancouver Airport. We had a fabulous Canadian experience due in no small way to the care that the team at Ski Safari took with our booking. I honestly felt like a valued client, not just another booking.
